We’re super excited to get your cute goodies and yummy treats to you as quickly and easily as possible! Here’s how we handle shipping within Sri Lanka:

Where do we ship?

Right now, we’re spreading the Scrunchies by Me love all across beautiful Sri Lanka! Unfortunately, we don’t offer international shipping just yet.

How much does shipping cost?

Due to the increasing cost of delivery services, we now charge a flat shipping fee of LKR 350 per order, anywhere in Sri Lanka.

This flat rate helps us continue providing reliable and secure delivery while keeping our product prices as affordable as possible. 💕

Urgent / Rush orders

Custom orders are available at our regular pricing and will follow our standard processing and delivery timeframes.

• An additional rush order fee, starting from LKR 500, will apply to custom orders required within 48 hours. The final rush fee will depend on the quantity and requirements of the order and will be confirmed before payment. This rush fee applies only to custom made orders and does not apply to items that are already available in stock.
• All rush orders will be delivered via Uber or PickMe Flash, and the delivery fee must be paid by the customer. Delivery charges will depend on your location and the applicable delivery fare at the time of dispatch.
• Please contact us before placing a rush order to confirm availability, the rush fee, and the expected completion time.

Please note: Rush orders are subject to availability. Delivery times may also be affected by rider availability, traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

When do we ship orders?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 working days after your order is confirmed. For prepaid orders, processing begins once payment has been successfully received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We know you’re excited to get your hands on your new goodies! All orders will be delivered within 3–10 working days after your order has been processed. (Please note that public holidays or unexpected courier delays might affect delivery times, but we’ll do our best to keep you updated!)

How will I know when my order has shipped?

Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send you a confirmation email with your tracking information (if available). This will allow you to keep an eye on your package’s journey to your doorstep!

What if I’m not home when my order arrives?

Our delivery partners will usually try to deliver your package to the address you provided. If you’re not home, they might try to leave it with a neighbor or attempt delivery again on the next business day. If they can’t deliver after a few attempts, they might leave a note with instructions on how to collect your package from their nearest office.

Important notes:

• Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid any delays or delivery issues.
• We are not responsible for delay caused by our delivery partners or unforeseen circumstances.  
• If you have any specific delivery instructions, please let us know in the “Order Notes” section during checkout, and we’ll do our best to pass them on to our delivery partner.
