Where Do We Ship?

Right now, we’re spreading the Scrunchies by Me love all across beautiful Sri Lanka! Unfortunately, we don’t offer international shipping just yet.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

Good news — all shipping is FREE! 🎉 No hidden fees, no minimum order required.

How Long Will My Order Take to Arrive?

We know you’re excited to get your hands on your new goodies! All orders will be delivered within 7–10 working days after your order has been processed. (Please note that public holidays or unexpected courier delays might affect delivery times, but we’ll do our best to keep you updated!)

When Do We Ship Orders?

We aim to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible! Orders are typically shipped out within 1–2 working days after we receive your payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

How Will I Know When My Order Has Shipped?

Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send you a confirmation email with your tracking information (if available). This will allow you to keep an eye on your package’s journey to your doorstep!

What If I’m Not Home When My Order Arrives?

Our delivery partners will usually try to deliver your package to the address you provided. If you’re not home, they might try to leave it with a neighbor or attempt delivery again on the next business day. If they can’t deliver after a few attempts, they might leave a note with instructions on how to collect your package from their nearest office.

• Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid any delays or delivery issues.
• We are not responsible for delay caused by our delivery partners or unforeseen circumstances.  
• If you have any specific delivery instructions, please let us know in the “Order Notes” section during checkout, and we’ll do our best to pass them on to our delivery partner.
