We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and Bank Transfer. Bank Transfer payments are simple and secure, while COD allows you to pay when your order arrives at your doorstep.
Yes! Orders paid via Bank Transfer are prioritized and processed first to ensure faster delivery. COD orders are also welcome, but they may take a little longer to dispatch since we handle them after prepaid orders.

Orders are typically delivered within 7–10 working days after payment is confirmed. COD orders may require a slightly longer processing time, as they are dispatched after prepaid orders.
Currently, we ship only within Sri Lanka. We hope to expand internationally in the future 🌸.
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with details of your shipment. If tracking information is available, we’ll include that too, so you can follow your order’s journey.
We accept returns or refunds only if an item is damaged or incorrect. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. Please report any issues within 7 days of receiving your order through our Contact Us page or via WhatsApp.
Yes! If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will send a replacement at no extra cost to ensure you get exactly what you ordered.
Orders can only be canceled before they are processed for shipping. Once your package has been dispatched, cancellations are not possible, so please act quickly if you need to cancel.
