We want you to absolutely LOVE your Scrunchies by Me goodies! But hey, we get it – sometimes things don’t work out as planned. So, here’s our friendly policy on refunds and returns:
What if My Order Isn’t Quite Right?
If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect (oops, our bad!), please let us know within 3 days of receiving your order. You can reach out to us through our Contact Us page or WhatsApp with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll be happy to sort things out for you!
What Can We Do?
If your item is damaged or incorrect, we’ll gladly offer you one of the following:
- A replacement: We’ll send you the correct item, and we might ask you to return the incorrect or damaged one (we’ll cover the return shipping costs, of course!).
- A refund: If the item is no longer in stock or you’d prefer a refund, we’ll process it for the cost of the item (excluding the original shipping fee). Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method and might take a few business days to show up in your account (this depends on your bank!).
What About If I Just Change My Mind?
We totally understand that sometimes you might change your mind about a purchase. However, as a small business, we generally don’t accept returns or offer refunds for items simply because you’ve changed your mind. We encourage you to have a good look at the product descriptions and photos before placing your order. If you have any questions about a product before you buy, just ask us – we’re happy to help!
A Few Things to Keep in Mind:
- Time is of the essence: Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order for any issues regarding damaged or incorrect items.
- Condition Matters: Returned items (if a return is agreed upon) must be in their original, unused condition and packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: You’ll need to provide your order number as proof of purchase for any returns or refunds.
How to Start a Return (If Applicable):
- Head over to our Contact Us page or message us directly on WhatsApp with your order number and details about the issue (including a photo if it’s damaged).
- We’ll respond as soon as possible with instructions on what to do next.
